Text of Complaint by Jayashree Toradmal:

Hello,

I am Jayashree Toradmal, I booked total 9 moovie tickets using PAYTM and after booking I got message from PAYTM that you will receive moovie tickets 2 hours before the show time both on mobile as well as Mail. But I didn’t receive tickets and when I called customer care before moovie they said we send you the tickets but I didn’t received finally I need to buy new tickets and my total Rs 2880.50 got wasted. Please find below proofs about money deduction from PAYTM site.

After calling and writing mail they are giving same reply again and again.

 

Kindly look into this matter.
