I do transfer money from my Paytm payments bank to in my phonepe upi of RS 1000 on 05-10-2019. But the money deducted from my bank account and not credited in my merchant bank. And merchant also gives me proof of payment decline.
But paytm payments bank deniy to refund money and not file to any charge back form. I am trying many of time to solve this matter and they will always not giving satisfied response, answer .
