Dear team 1 day a call came to from AIRTEL that if will recharge my dth of Rs.840 then my plan will be continue till 2nd.Nov.2019 but without any request they have change my plan in 360 rental/month . I have call many times to customer care regards yo know that why they changed my plan without any request they will say we are sorry we will transfer your call to Ky senior & after that call put 9n hold without any reply & response only fake commitment & service given by them plz suggest they are cheating only with customers
