Dear Sir
We’d took new broad bank connection as per Airtel representative’s several requests, at the time of activation your representative told being new customer we’II get free usage for 3months but we’ve not satisfied with the speed of network, So same informed to Airtel representative as well on Toll-free numberTO DISCONNECT MY BROADBAND CONNECTION (040-48519136) they agreed to deactivate my account long back.
But since last 1-2weeks CC team calling frequently and insisting to pay monthly rental charges since installation for already disconnected connection, Today also received call from your representative, he threatening me to pay bill immediately if not legal notice will be send to my address,This kind of black mail cannot be acceptable.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.If I do not hear from you within next 24hours I will file complaint with the appropriate consumer court and consider my legal alternatives.
