Hi Team,
This is regards to my monthly rental charged by Airtel.
I was told that it would be a 299 rental (No discounted quoted) however after 6 months my rental changed when called was apologised and said it will be sorted but again after 6 months my rental changed and been charged. When asked to refund they refused stating it was a 6 months offer, when repeatedly told I was not aware nor was told it would be 6 months. They said they can’t help.
