Hi Team,
I see so many activities in my account today. Without my request, couple of service request has been created and my monthly plan has been changed. I sent an email but I didn’t get any response of my email.
I registered a complaint on 8-Aug by calling on 198 and they provided resolution that “Your plan has been changed by a Vodafone store based on my request”. When I have not visited to any Vodafone store, how anyone can change my monthly plan.
Can you share token no, or CCTV footage which proof that I have visited any of Vodafone store in last 1 years?
I would like to make it very clear that I have not visited to any of your to place request to change my monthly plan, so please revert the same ASAP.
