Text of Complaint by Anuj Kumar:

I have done a Jio recharge twice for a month since the first recharge was not reflected in the Jio app for some time due to some system glitch and later on, it also started showing in the app. The Jio app is designed in such a way that if 2 recharges are done for a month and activated, both plans will start running in parallel instead of adjusting 2nd recharge for next month. As per customer care executive, the user has to bear 2nd recharge amount, even if the user did not avail any additional benefit (better speed/validity/other offer).
It’s been over 3 months I have been following up with the Jio fiber team/appealing authority team for adjustment of second recharge but I get the same response (see below) most of the time. They are not taking it seriously and when I ask them to provide me email /contact of any senior person – they simply deny mentioning that we don’t have the provision to share the number of any senior person.

Response from Jio appealing authority –
“Please accept sincere apologies for the complaint to be attended.

I can see that your issue is still not resolved and there is no update from the team yet. I understand the frustration you are going through.

The case is already highlighted. We are working on your issue to be resolved and get back to you with an update.

Another poor experience with JIO –
• I don’t get any call from the Jio fiber number on mobile but they simply mention in mail that they tried to reach me but I am not reachable. This happened multiple times.
• I got a call from my Jio number on poor feedback provided by me. They assured that this issue will be addressed on priority but it is still at the same stage.
I want to highlight this matter with Senior Management in JIO. I tried to find out about contact on the internet/Jio website but I did not get it.

Need help
– want to adjust 2nd recharge amount for next month.
– want to highlight poor customer service with jio higher management
