Text of Complaint by Monika lal:

Today at 12:30 I received a wrong parcel. I tried a lot to send it back but no costumer care number was correct. I ordered a suit with beautiful embroidery but I got 2 shirts. I paid ₹869 in cash on delivery. There is no refund. This is wrong. Customers order with so much trust. If this is the case, I will not order anything online after today. I want my refund. Please help.
