I asked for a withdrawal of 1500inr in the 1win app on 15nov. It says 24-48hrs it eilk take to credit. 48hrs passed no credit occured. Then i went to their customer support they just gave me a complaint number and making excuses like be patient we eill resolve your in 7 days. But now 8 days already passed they are just giving same excuses that my complaint is in their priority
