Respected authority I used PAYTM APP to pay my electricity bill on 28 december 2019 of UTTAR HARYANA BIJLI VITRAN NIGAM of account 0505360000 of amount RS 635 using my debet card of bank of baroda[transaction id =0080600959].PAYTM has deducted that amount from my account but the did not pay my bill when i ask them to give my money back after failure of transation they made useless excuses.They are not taking any action. I want a legal and strict action against them.This is a very large amount for me. i want it back from them. I have my bank passbook as a proof.I hope that i will get justice and my money will be back
