Text of Complaint by ALWYN PRASHANTH:

On August 8th 2021, I have transacted 1560Rs to a merchant called TTk trading through PAYTM UPI transaction. Transaction came as pending and took couple of time to transact. Later I paid the merchant by CASH and left. After two days I got the message as Money paid to merchant. When I enquired this with Merchant he stated he dint receive any money. I followed back to PAYTM customer care ,though i dint get chance to speak with the customer care but i raised an complaint. Later even PAYTM side came as issue solved but though Merchant dint receive the amount. I dont know which side is going wrong. PAYTM customer care executives are not available. I need my money back. Please help.
