My name is Neeraj Kumar Goyal and i am HDFC credit card holder.
Usually i use Cred app for credit card payment and as well i paid my HDFC credit card payment through cred app on 28 march 2023.
but in this transaction there is a mistake amount of 3420.71 rs not credited my credit card rather that amount transferred to icici bank as my Hdfc statement showing and funny thing is i don’t have any icici account or credit card.
As my Hdfc statement showing
HDFC says amount is credited to icici bank and CRED said amount is credited to hdfc credit card.
Now above transaction is not traceable where amount is credited.
