Yesterday we have closed our loan (Id- 151194) and automatically credit box assigned a new loan of 14000 with loan I’d 173914 which I didn’t choose. We called them immediately and asked them why this amount is credited to my account. The customer care member told us that he will get back to us but he never called us.(+917545005646 his number). Then we sent an email to their customer care and explained them but no reply till next day. From the morning we are trying to communicate with them but they aren’t replying. Now we are getting msgs from new number (+97157643233) asking to transfer money through link but we clearly told him that we will pay only through app as it was advised to us by customer care to pay through only app. Now he is threatening us that we will harrass you and all your contacts. Please do something otherwise these people will make people life difficult.
