Text of Complaint by Rajeev Mohanty:

Made a request to transfer funds from instarem to bank account in germany. Money is debited.Took 3 days and then reply came transfer failed. Money also debited not refunded back to account.No response after that.

Consumer harassment .Please file a consumer harassment case
