Dear Sir/Madam,
I have placed an order no. 1850 on dated Friday 10 aug 2023 & made a payment of Rs.628- through Google pay to a co. namely myshopify & is shown as Rexime Enterprise phone pe but after payment I have not received any confirmation mail or message. So I carefully looking more about the company & I have found that I have been cheated by the company neither delivered the order nor there was an option to refund therein on the company portal.
I have done all my best efforts to contact the company but in vain & I have no alternative left with what to do in spite of filing this complaint against the company.
The screen shot of the payment are annexed for your ready reference. …. further it is also requested you to kindly refund the stated amount at your end (if possible)
