I had booked 2 executive standard rooms at Shilhaandara resort on oct 28th 2020 through thrillophilia website: https://www.thrillophilia.com/ . There was 51% discount and total money paid was Rs.8210/-. The rooms were booked for 1N/2D for Oct31st to 1st Nov 2020. when we arrived at the resort they simply said they have no rooms to offer irrespective of showing the confirmation e-mail. They said its miscommunication and directly said to leave .When tried calling the contact person of thrillophilia they said they will check and till today i.e 2nd Nov no one contacted me on the refund or even said sorry for unprofessionalism . Zero customer service and irresponsible behaviour as i had wasted my time, energy and fuel to travel all the way there to just come back with nothing.
