Text of Complaint by ARACHAPELLI RANJITH KUMAR:

I HAVE TAKEN LOAN ON FEB-2022 FROM MONEY TAP LOAN, AND STARTED REPAYMENT FROM MARCH 2022. REPAYMENT AMOUNTS ARE RS.1864/- AND RS.5587/- WILL BE AUTO DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT, I HAVE PAID AS SCHEDULED WITHOUT FAIL. BUT THEIR SERVERS ARE NOT UPDATED AS PER PAYMENT SCHEDULE, FROM MARCH TO JULY AND TILL THEY DIDN’T UPDATED, BECAUSE OF THIS MY CREDIT SCORE DECREASED FROM 780 TO 560, MY SCORE WAS EFFECTED BECAUSE ONLY WITH MONEY TAP LOAN APP. AND THEY ARE COLLECTING APP PERMISSIONS FROM MOBILE LIKE CONTACTS, MEDIA AND ETC..
AND STARTS harassing INNOCENT PEOPLE WITH MORPHING PHOTOS, AND VOLGURE LANGUAGE.
THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH INNOCENT PEOPLE FUTURE AND WEALTH ALSO..
IF CREDIT SCORE EFFECTED, ALL BANKS WILL BLOCKLIST ME AND THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY FUTURE LOANS.
MONEYTAP PROVIDING LOANS COLOBARATING WITH HDB FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD.

REQUESTED TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AND SAVE INNOCENT PEOPLE FROM THIS TRAP, DO THE NEEDFUL.
