On 9/11/20, I tried to get recharge on my BSNL prepaid connection for Rs 118/-, using debit card, through Mobikwik.
The amount was instantly debited, but no recharge made. The history on Mobikwik’s website also does not show any such item.
I tried to get their customer service on phone but none responded.
