easyonline.co.in has promised to give computer courses along with typing work and I had to pay Rs. 1400 for this and they said after payment my account will be activated and I will get refund. But now my account is not activated and I’m not getting back my money.

I applied a job in quickr jobs. I got a whatsaap message that you can get daily salary by working with easyonline.co.in website. They said to pay 799rs for enrollment fee and 599rs for company security fee to activate my job id and its a refundable amount. After i paid the amount they blocked my number.They don’t refund my money.
