I had ordered 12″ Ultron Tablet against. The ordered specs are 8GB RAM and 256 GB ROM with super Amoled screen as mentioned on their website. The payment of Rs. 3499/- was paid online in advance. I got delivery on May 27, 2021. To my surprise:
1. The packing box was loosely closed.
2. When I opened the box, the product received is an OLD and ANTIQUE 7″ tablet UBIslate 7C+ of brand DATAWIND. It has scratches all over the screen and not even switching on.
This product is not the one ordered by me.
I tried to contact them on the customer care number but no luck. Tried writing to them but the “send” button was not working.
On June 14, 2021 – even their website is showing “website disabled”.
Can I get my money back from this company.
