I have purchased some gold through PayTM app in 2017. Later 2017, I moved out of country and still in out of country on a office trip.Since, I am in out of country I do not use Indian cell number which was registered to login PayTM.
As I do not use Indian number, I can’t login to PayTM as it requires OTP to be sent to registered cell for authentication.
Now, what are the options to sell my Gold on Paytm ? Following up with PayTM and they are not even listening , ignoring for last many months. No solution has given by them yet. They have even stopped following up my mails by setting up auto reply “WE ARE NOT MONITORING THIS MAIL ID”.
They were either using generic templates to reply to the questions which is completely non-sense or telling there was no gold purchased from that registered mobile.
I have snapshot of my gold in PayTM account, which tells how PayTM is lying or not interested in solving this problem.
