I have been a customer of Future group and used Future Pay App for transactions for exchange and return of articles purchased. I had approx. 4000/- balance in the account which could not be used due to my travel overseas for almost 7-8 months. Now the outlets are closed and there is no way I could either get refund or buy articles from the company. Since the company is closed, they will have to refund the money without delay
