I did recharge of 3001 on 22nd september but money not added to game account nor refunded to bank account and i informed paytm bank but they are asking to send money to game same day.i tried many times Communicated with merchant but they are saying that money is not coming yet and Sir it is about to be five months but my money is not yet received and now bank and merchant are not giving any answer please help me
