Text of Complaint by Burak Ezici:

Me and my husband tried buying a ticket from IST to Delhi but when the money got captured from my credit card, the PNR was not generated. So we talked with customer care and they told us to get another ticket and our money will be refunded 5-7 days. We tried to get another ticket and it happened again. After 2 times of trying we were able to get it but our money is still not refunded and it’s not a less money. We talk with customer cares more than 5-6 times but they always say wait more etc. we are really tired of this and don’t recommend this airline to anybody now.
