I had tried to recharge my Jio number 7028763765 on Airtel thanks app on 7th may,2020 while processing recharge money debited from my debit card but after recharge was made unsuccessful then when will I’m going to get my money back or refunded

I had also attached screenshot of paid money to Airtel money which includes transaction ID, day and time. Earlier on reporting complaint your executive said money will be refunded within 5 working days and now 5 days are over but still money is not reflected in my account please help
