Text of Complaint by Chandra Shekhar Das:

Hi I’m Chandra Shekhar Das from West Bengal.Last year 14.12.21 I placed an order on FLIPKART amount of INR 166 .For multiple order placing I have to pay INR 363 through UPI Mode. Product’s estimated delivery date was 28th dec. But flipkart reschedule it for 4th January 2022.Then 5th January 2022 flipkart cancel the order with out any information ( Later they said it was a logistic issue).From 5th Jan 2022 I have tried to contact with Flipkart for refund process ASAP.Although today 22.01.22. They haven’t done any refund .Now their executives are doing rude behave without solving the problem.
