sir i booked a ticket from gauhati to goa on 2 september 2022 at travolook.com. my travel date was 22 september 2022.my ticket fees was debited from my account but they didnot give my ticket.later i called them but they told me that my ticket was not confirmed so they will give my booking fees as refund on between 24 hours.but as of now till date they didnot give me my refund and not taking it seriously. so i request you to plese take necessary action against this.
