On 16th April I have booked a return flight ticket from Kolkata to Patna for my wife and daughter for Rs. 7758 through TRAVOLOOK website. The ticket got automatic cancelled and then I booked the same ticket once again.
I have been calling the customer care since last 2 month for the reversal of the same. Every time I called on the date mentioned by the customer care executive ( 7-10 working days) again they give the excuse the transaction is already process wait for another 5 days. You will get the credit. I have keep on calling this guy on 19th May, 27th May, 2nd June, 9th June but the answer remains the same wait for another 5 days you will get your credit.
