Hi this is regarding my amount as not refunded I have cancelled postpaid plan on February 2nd 2021 and activated prepaid plan and they have informed me that the deposit amount will be return to you through cheque and now if I call for customer care regarding my amount they are telling that the amount as been received by me. I have not received any amount till today there is no proper response from Airtel customer care and complaint number 31-3566265639186 dated on 12/02/2021. I need my refund as soon as possible.
