We have been facing this from past 2 and half months… The deactivation process also they done so late that too We have filed a complaint in consumer court then they took response over it and deactivated.. here now almost 60 days done for refund process of amount @6000 rupees.. initially they said 15 days later 30 days later 40 days… now they are saying they will see daily but not even a call back from their said…till now
they have not refunded our amount… I want my money refunded with interest.. .. I am ready to attend in court also against them.. if the money is not refunded by the end of the week…..
