Hi Sir, I am Rajan R from Bangalore. I was using Act Fiber net internet, mine is a rented house, when I took a room to another place, they said that they will change the connection there, I took the new package for six months and paid three thousand and eight hundred rupees, but then they said that there is no facility to provide connection there, when I asked for the money back, they said that they can’t.
