Rs.65.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile 7017408676; txn ID 180921250125 has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
This is the message I received after my transaction failed. But even after 7 days of transaction the money has not been refunded on my Airtel account.
Therefore I would like the concerned authorities to provide the refund ASAP.
