I have booked bus ticket from Hosur to Tuticorin on 2nd Sep 2021.bus operator cancelled the bus and they informed that they are processing the refund. I couldn’t contact the customer care executive to know the refund status. Service request created but no answer even after 12 days.
I need full refund for this cancelled bus.
