Orderr 2 items from Zomato and only 1 item was delivered and they collected rs 165 as taxes for two items amounting rs 597, only 1 item was delivered as they said only 1 item is available, so I asked them refund, but they didn’t reund the tax amount saying it is applicable on the order and they are not even allowing me to escalte the issue. Please look into this
