Hello Team, I wanted to book ticket from Delhi to Patna but I booked Patna to Delhi instead on 14th Aug 2020 on VISTARA using PAYTM. I immediately cancelled it within 5 minutes. I called PAYTM about it and they refunded me RS.510 however I paid RS.7700 and said that this was non refundable ticket and they couldn’t refund it hence contact VISTARA about it as this is their policy. I called VISTARA and they said that I will need to book another ticket on same date with right destination and they will refund the amount because of wrong destination policy. I did that and VISTARA told that they have forwarded this to PAYTM and they will refund you the amount. Now its been more than 45 days ever since and PAYTM is doing nothing and saying that we need some more time to refund. Please help!
