We purchased bharat pe swipe machine on 28/01/2023, but bharat pe executive explained me regarding machine you can return 15days and within 15days we raised a request but no one came for pickup the swipe machine and they come pickup the swipe machine and now they said refusing for money refund so please take action for false information regarding bharat pe swipe machine and I got message from bharat pe on 3rd February but they not came for pickup
