Dear Sir/Madam,
From meesho on 21-07-2022 I paid A product of Rs.1251 was ordered but its quality was not good, it was returned on 27-07-2022 but its refund has not been done yet. For which I have informed about this by talking to meesho help center many times and on their request, I have also emailed my bank statement 2 times but in spite of that my account has not been refunded, after which I again called on meesho help center. It is being said by them that money has been sent to Prashant Kishor’s account.When the account is linked on my meesho id in the name of Roshan Kumar, why has money been sent to Prashant Kishor’s account? When asked to answer this question, no answer was given by him. After which I meesho [email protected] , [email protected] , [email protected] But I have also mailed but no response was taken. Hence you are requested Looking at all the things, please help me.

After making the last complaint, I got a mail from Meesho company that you should send us the bank statement from 27-07-2022 till now, after which I have sent bank statement to them many times but every time again (We are glad to) inform you that the margin for your order number 123677952273 has been initiated and shall reflect in the bank account in 3-4 working days. In case, your margin amount does not reflect even after the mentioned date, we request you to share the transaction statement of your payment source from the date of order placed to till date with us. you can contact your registered bank as well to check the margin status.)
Here comes the reply. Refund process has not been completed since last 2 months, only time is being wasted. So I request you to kindly help me in this regard.
