I placed the order on 2nd April 2019 paying INR 1999 and have received the product but was returned it as it was defective. Since then I have been following up with them to return the money but have not received the amount. Now they are refusing in spite of their commitment. I am attaching the email which has all the communication with them where they have confirmed to refund my money
