Hello Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flight on spice jet through via.com however due to covid restrictions the flight got cancelled. I was given the option to get full amount refund which I selected post which I got a notification that the amount has been refunded to my agent account which is via.com. This happened on 9th Jan.
After this, I tried contacting via.com lot of times through emails and calls but there has been no response from their end whatsoever. I would like to know the status of my refund and not getting any help from via.com
Could you kindly look into it and do the needful. The amount was 5603/-.
