To pay electricity(WBSEDCL) bill I used Paytm. It deducted 2093 rs from my bank account but yet not refunded me back even after so long time as the bill payment failed. I am yet to pay my bill due to lack of rupees. My consumer Id is 334082998. I have attached the screenshot too.
