I had booked a holiday package from Make my trip which also included flights from Go Air for the travel dates 25th May to 31st May. I was left stranded by makemytrip and was forced to book alternate flight which was at a higher rate, holiday booking were not allowed to be cancelled without the hefty penalty. My refund has not been provided till date. I need to get my refund initiated so that i could pay off the amount that is charged on my card.
