I have ordered Gosriki Red Rayon women Kurta set for my customer on dated 20/09/22 through MEESHO MOBILE APP which she received on 24th September 22 . When she opened the package there was only garbage(cutting of clothes)inside the package. Same day I place the request for return and pickup suppose to be done by 28 September 22 but on 28 i received a message that pickup is delayed so it will be on 30 September 22 then again seller rejected my request so i called to meesho customer care and shared my query they re-initiate the request but after 2-3 days same thing happened again and on 5 or 6 October my customer messaged me that delivery boy taken the parcel back so same i informed to customer care for asking refund so they registered my complaint on 11 October and on next day i received a mail that my request is not carried forward because they said that they confirmed with the courier service that pickup of product is not done so i will not get the refund but delivery boy already took the parcel so why i am not getting my refund then they said we cant do anything and closed
I would like to request you that kindly look into this and help me to get my money back and the courier name was Shadowfax
