I have placed an order of a mobile phone in amazon.in on 18th June, 2022. At the time of the delivery, the delivery person arrived at our house without a prior call, unlike the previous deliveries. Since it was required to exchange the old phone we have been using to the new phone that is being delivered, we asked him to come back at night. The delivery person agreed with us and told us that he would come back later. But after sometime, we were notified that the order has been cancelled and that we will be refunded in 2-4 business days. But our order was never refunded as told. We have been repeatedly calling the Amazon customer care in order to let them know our problem but each and everytime we were being told that they would do it by the next 3-5 business days. They told us that a reference number needs to be generated but they never did anything in this regard.
