Sir/Mam,

With reference to the above, I wish to know why Jio Mart had not initiated any of the refunds till date? The Jio Mart app as well as the Whatsapp messenger service shows that the refund had been completed but in reality no amount has been credited in my bank account.

Please find below, the details of the orders which are eligible for refunds :-

All the orders were prepaid, some directly via bank and some via wallet as I remember. A total amount of Rs 2,280.03 needs to be refunded to my account.

I have tried to contact customer support, emailed to [email protected] to which they replied that tefund has already been done, even the Jiomart app states that the refund has been done. But no amount has been credited to my account.

The Jiomart customer support team replies as below :-

This is false. I checked the bank statement again today, NO AMOUNT has been credited till date! They are not even providing specific details about the refunds.

I tried to attach the pdf file of my bank statement but it is not allowing me to do so, so I took i screenshot of the last page of my bank statement. Hope this is helpful.
