I ordered food from zomato .but they don’t deliver at my location and also not refund my money.i mail to them to refund my money but they said that it is our policy that if a order gets cancelled you have to fine a penlty pf the amount of food ordered. They cancelled my order without my permission claiming that your address is wrong .but my address is absolutely correct i provide them correct address .the delivery not came at my location and rejected my order .the company doing fraud to me and giving me money refund. I send you screenshot of my location,which is correct .i request you to file a case against these fraudsters .i have some more proof which i provide you at further investigation.
