I’ve ordered BP Machine from Amazon, order id : 406-3183734-7977969,
I’ve received product on 29th june 2022 but some parts has been missed, so return the product same day itself, after few days mail/message came that your product has been delivered on 3rd july 2022,
I didn’t get any product same day raised query and talked to customer executive and they confirmed same then cancelled product and asked my money back.
Customer care confirmed return date more then 3 times (days)
Finally they picked up product on 12th july 2022,
Then onwards I have been following up with customer care, every time they try to blame me and asking few days time to but still no response from Amazon.
Please do needful.
