I have booked ticket on 16 th oct from happyeasygo and they didn’t generate ticket and not responding on my call and mail.. need my money instant

I have booked ticket on 14 th oct from happyeasygo and they didn’t generate ticket and they responded in email after 6 hours that booking got failed as fare is increased.
It almost 20 days now no scene of refund and none of the customer care number is reachable and if reachable no representative is available. Please help with the refund amount
