My MID is 7353749 Last time i am using axis bank settlement account (PAYUAX1118635, Holder Name – PAYU, Branch Name CENTRALISED COLLECTION HUB, IFSC – UTIB0CCH274) which provides by payumoney, all settled money July to agust in 2023 settled to provided bank account. Now when I have trying to transfer approx 6000 rupees from PAYUAX1118635 account to my own account it is showing there is no blance and bank account deactivated without my knowledge. I have mail them several time the ware closing my ticket without providing any solutions. they are telling “Please be informed that our team is working on the ticket ID:-PM6836287444.
