मैंने अपने 1xbet खाते में आईडी: 690790459 के साथ 2000 रुपये जमा किए हैं लेकिन अभी तक पैसे नहीं मिले हैं।
संचालकों से संपर्क किया लेकिन कोई मदद नहीं मिली

मैं पिछले 2 दिन से परेशान हु इनसे संपर्क करने की कोसिस करली पर कोई सॉल्यूशन नही दिया धोखा दिया है मुझे

    Via phonepe sender’s name(NARAYAN DAS)

    My I’d – 690790459
    Name – Bharat rankawat

    Ticket I’d – #59144228

    When I deposit money then request page close automatically and I reqst again then app shows “UTR USED”
    My be your executive deposit onother user’s account my rupees
    My money not credited in my gaming account yet . I contect your customer care executive first 2 days they said my money is safe it will credit in 48 hours
    But next day they told that money is not received and beneficiary is not 1xbet .. you sent mony to a wrong account

    But I checked many time and I am 100% sure that I was right.. and I make a new deposit then I saw same beneficiary account in 1xbet application twice…
    Then you say . How it’s possible

    I want 2 questions answers

    If my money is not received by 1xbet then how app showing now “UTR IS USED”

    AND if beneficiary account is not your then how I get this screenshot of barcode
    And why this is showing in your application after 2 days when I make a new request… This is fault of your account team and they don’t accept this.. and blaming me that is was wrong after misuse my money and devices me

    All screenshots atteched in my mail you can check I am not lie I am right an I know my moral values and I was concerned for my money that I have earn by hardworking

      This 1xbet is not responding after this complaint they only showing you that they respond they didn’t work on my complaint yet
      After April there is 50+ complaints registered this is proving that they making big froud to various customer kindly you are only you handle them and give us justice you are our last hope not only me all of us
