Text of Complaint by Froysten Costa:

I had deposited 500rs in my gaming account 2-3 days back but have still not received the amount in my gaming account. Called the customer service so many times, sent them mails and they are not even bothered to solve the issue. All they say is its gonna take more time. And the guys are very rude and unprofessional, they don’t know how to talk to customers forget about helping with issues.
